Meet Frente Sudaka
In 2023, a group of friends and musicians in Tauranga, Bay of Plenty, came together to share their passion for Latin music. What started as a small music workshop with just four members has grown into an 11-piece band, bringing vibrant Latin sounds to life.
Our Story
Our journey began with a simple idea: to bring the diverse and lively styles of Latin music to New Zealand. Over time, we attracted talented musicians who shared the same enthusiasm and vision. Today, we perform a variety of Latin music styles, including cumbia, salsa, plena, cuarteto, and more. Each performance is a celebration of culture, designed to get people dancing and feeling the infectious energy of our music.
